What comes with the registration fee?
So many great things! Every registered participant will receive a branded shopping bag, a beautiful Run Sage Creek neck gaiter (buff), and swag from our sponsors.
Are there shirts?
There are really lovely shirts available for purchase but a shirt is not included in your registration fee. This is to keep the registration fees as low as possible. But we think you won't want to miss out on these shirts, they're pretty awesome. To guarantee your size/colour shirts had to have been ordered by September 1st, but, we have a limited number of extras in a range of colours and sizes. Images, colours, and size charts are available within Race Roster (the registration platform) as well as on this page.
Do you have early bird or family pricing?
We have worked to keep our registration costs as low as possible, and thank you to our wonderful sponsors we’ve been able to do just that! Register any time at one low price.
Are there medals?
Not this year. We decided to scale our event down for this year.
Is this event in-person or virtual?
We are crossing all of our fingers and toes in the hopes that Run Sage Creek can be in person this year. But, if things don't work out, we have planned for a great virtual event as well and will seamlessly transition if necessary. Currently we have the option for participants to register for the in-person event, a virtual event, or switch to virtual if they are already signed up for the in-person event but would feel more comfortable not attending. If we are forced to move everyone virtual we will let participants know as soon as possible, but with one month out we are optimistic that an in-person event will take place. Will I get a refund if I can’t attend, or don’t want to switch to a virtual event?
Registration fees are not refundable. We have planned carefully to make sure we are able to put on a great, family-friendly and community-focused event no matter if we are able to gather or if we need to pivot to a virtual event. We will know closer to October 10 which way we are going, and will keep all registrants informed.
If I’m injured or will be out of town, can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes! Please log in to your Race Roster account for details. There is a $2 fee to transfer.
